OVERVIEW
Quick summary
0.2.0h is the quality-of-life follow-up to the 0.2.0g loot rework. Its headline fix is the UnidentifiedItemTier filter property, which finally let filters distinguish high-tier unidentified items that 0.2.0g had made easy to hide by accident.
It also raised Greater and Perfect Jeweller's Orb drops, made Level 20 Uncut Skill and Spirit Gems drop, added quick currency-stack transfers, Ritual/Socketable stash-tab affinities, Strongbox and Essence quick actions, and improved shrine and town fast travel.
- UnidentifiedItemTier filter property added
- Jeweller's Orb drops raised
- Level 20 Uncut Gems drop
- Stash and transfer QoL
HISTORICAL CONTEXT
Historical warning
Path of Exile 2 Early Access — the 0.2.0 era
Current-status claims measured against client 0.5.4e.
0.2.0h built directly on the 0.2.0g loot model. Filter syntax it introduced is still valid, but exact Orb drop weighting has moved with later economy patches.
- 0.2.0h = 0.2.0g 的 QoL 续作
- 过滤器语法仍有效,掉率已被后续调整

ITEM IMPACT
Jeweller's Orbs and gems
currency
Greater / Perfect Jeweller's Orb
Drop rates were raised so players could more reliably roll socket numbers on gear, supporting the socketable and crafting systems introduced around 0.2.x.
gem
Level 20 Uncut Skill / Spirit Gem
These now drop, giving a direct path to high-level gems without relying solely on vendor or quest rewards.
BUILD IMPACT
Stash and transfer impact
Quick currency-stack transfers and Ritual/Socketable stash-tab affinities reduced the busywork of moving loot between tabs during a mapping session.
Strongbox and Essence quick currency buttons cut the number of clicks needed to cash out rewards, which matters most in dense endgame farming.
- Faster currency movement
- Less stash micromanagement
THEN VS NOW
Then vs now
Filtering tiered items
Impossible to match tier before identifying in 0.2.0g.
UnidentifiedItemTier handles it in 0.5.4e.
Jeweller's Orb access
Scarce before 0.2.0h.
More common, still economy-tuned.

FAQ
Do I need to rewrite my filter after 0.2.0h?
If your filter predates 0.2.0g/0.2.0h and only matches rarity, add UnidentifiedItemTier so you don't hide tiered unidentified items. Verify against the current client.
Are Perfect Jeweller's Orbs now common?
Their drop rate was raised in 0.2.0h, but Orb economy has been tuned since, so treat current drop rates as subject to later patches.
