PoE2 0.3.0b: Abyss Monsters, Vessel of Kulemak and Spectres

OVERVIEW

Quick summary

0.3.0b was the first stabilization pass after The Third Edict (0.3.0). It widened which Abyss monsters can be used as Spectres, reworked Vessel of Kulemak's Teleport Slam from an avoidable telegraphed attack into one that is unavoidable but deals less damage, and improved the全场 Fissure telegraph.

It also spread Abyss monster skills across the first three acts for gentler teaching, fixed Sprint targeting so fleeing no longer turned characters around, and repaired double-boss checkpoint retries.

  • More Abyss Spectres
  • Vessel Teleport Slam reworked
  • Fissure telegraph improved
  • Sprint targeting and checkpoint fixes

QUESTIONS

FAQ

Why can't I dodge Vessel's Teleport Slam anymore?

0.3.0b made it unavoidable but reduced its damage and improved the Fissure telegraph so it is readable. Old clips showing dodges are pre-0.3.0b.

Which Abyss monsters make good Spectres now?

0.3.0b expanded eligibility, but the current pool is tuned by later patches, so verify against the live client rather than this historical list.
